How It Works
We want you to be completely satisfied with ChartPen Pro. That's why we offer a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee:
- If you're not happy with your Pro purchase for any reason, request a refund within 14 days.
- You'll receive a full refund — no partial refunds, no deductions.
- No questions asked. We won't make you explain or jump through hoops.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@chartpen.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address you used to purchase.
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something went genuinely wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.
- Cloud-saved projects will remain accessible for 7 days so you can export them.
- Locally saved projects (in your browser) are unaffected.
- You're welcome to continue using ChartPen's free features.

The free tier has no time limit and requires no payment information. If you're unsure about Pro, we recommend trying the free tier first — all drawing tools are available for free.
